1. Nature of this website

This website is an online catalogue and enquiry platform. Browsing it and submitting a form does not create a purchase contract. A binding sale exists only after a Proforma Invoice (PI) has been issued by us and signed by you.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in US dollars on an EXW (ex-works, China) basis.
An EXW price covers the vehicle itself plus customs declaration, export licence and all export customs procedures. Transport from the vehicle's location to the departure port is additional and is quoted separately in the PI.
Prices are indicative and based on the supplier's current stock. Stock changes continuously — a car may be sold at any moment. The price in your signed PI is the final price.

3. Orders and payment

To reserve a car, you sign the PI and pay 100% of the invoice amount by international bank transfer or another agreed method.
Cars are offered subject to availability at the time of payment confirmation.
We prepare all export documents (export licence, customs declaration, etc.) required to ship the vehicle.

4. Vehicle condition

All vehicles are used vehicles. Mileage, year, equipment and condition are stated to the best of our knowledge based on supplier information. Buyers are encouraged to ask for additional photos, inspection reports or a third-party inspection before payment.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, layout, design, logos and compiled data — is the property of CarHub and may not be copied, scraped, mirrored or reused commercially without written permission. Photographs of vehicles are provided for the information of prospective buyers only.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website: no automated scraping, no spamming of forms, no attempts to access non-public parts of the site. We may block access from abusive sources and may rate-limit or reject form submissions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial or shipping advice.

8. Governing terms

Any purchase is governed by the signed Proforma Invoice and the sale contract attached to it, which prevail over this page in the event of conflict.
